We are asked to dedicate the first 5 minutes of our practice to those who have died of cancer and remember that we are running for the Cure and for LIFE.

Our path was marked with the word LIFE and the names of some of the friends and loved ones we are remembering were in chalk on the path. We could add names also.

We were on the Burke Gilman Trail and it was beautiful. This was an hour for me and my running buddy. Lots of berries to nibble on
At the end of the walk around 8 am Lake Matthews looked mystic and beautiful. The ducks gave a fond goodbye. It was a good day.
